Introduction

"Allow me to introduce myself, I'm a neu - neut - neutered (you b*st*rds!) male purebred seal bicolor Ragdall cat, my name is Rocky Mountain Sawtooth Forest Sir Dusty, but my friends just call me Dusty.  I have had a long and happy time living here in my new home.  I'm now 8 months old and I have been living here for, WOW has it been that long!, 1 and a half months.  I have had quite a time training my new owner, but he is getting better.  I'll tell you more about him later.  I don't remember much about my kittenhood but I always had lots of playmates around.  We lived in really small houses with a screen door on the front.  In the basement we had the sanitation facilities and the food court.  We also had a main floor bedroom and an upstairs bedroom.  The decor was as sparse as empty shelves.  Only the stairway-post was carpeted.  Lots and lots of very ugly beasts walked past the door, and many of them looked in and made stupid noises at us.  It sounded like "blah, blah, blah, cute kitty, blah, blah".  At least the ugly ones, I think they are called humans, tended to the sanitation facilities and brought more food and water.  Sometimes they only pretended to bring more food and when they opened the door they would grab you and twirl you around and hold you upside down and poke at your belly and try to pull your fur out.  If they do that you have to fight back and claw them and bite them and hiss and growl until they put you back in your house.  I learned that if you let them pick you up and you start purring that they hold you up to their big ugly faces and they sometimes stick their big blubbery lips on your nose and say something like "I love you".  Yuck...yuck...yuck - makes me want to puke up a hair ball just thinking about it!  Things have gotten much better in my ne...yaah...new home.  Meeoyaaaawn, excuse me, time for a catnap.  I'll tell you more later." . . .
